We want you to love your DIY manicure, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and lamps cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
